Martina Nell's experiences at Erasmus+ in Barcelona

Martina Nell, Head of Student Services at JAM MUSIC LAB University, participated in the Erasmus+ training course "Leadership and Management in Educational Establishments" in Barcelona. The week-long program was both inspiring and enriching, led by an excellent British trainer. The group comprised managers of educational institutions from across Europe, fostering an incredibly valuable exchange of ideas. Martina Nell gained significant insights and practical approaches, which she is excited to implement within her team to enhance the work and practices of the Student Service Center.
