ERASMUS+ STAFF TRAINING

Martin Zaunschirm, Professor of Piano & Professional Field Orientation at JAM MUSIC LAB University, participated in the Erasmus+ Training Course "Problem Solving & Decision Making" in Palermo. Course instructor, Carmelo Pollichino, lead through a well-structured masterclass that introduces the structure, process and tools necessary for problem soliving and making the right decisions. The course emphasizes on the fundamental element for effective problem solving and decision making: critical thinking. This staff week offered training and networking in an international setting and gave all participants the opportunity to getting to know best practices. Applying the aquired skills will benefit the University and all our students.
