James Burton at JAM MUSIC LAB

Oral history with guitar legend James Burton. Born in 1939, James Burton was shaping the sounds of Rock and Roll, Rhythm and Blues and Country Music. He played with Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra, Ricky Nelson, John Denver, Bruce Springsteen and many others, and became one of the most influential guitarist in the 20th century. In January 2018 he was a guest lecturer at JAM MUSIC LAB University and it was our big pleasure to gain insight into his personal history. Student Dominik Kaspar was excited to JAM with the Master.
