Workshop: Showcasing „MyGroove" with Martin Grubinger
On March 13th JMLU presents a workshop showcasing the new music-learning app "MyGroove," developed by Martin Grubinger in collaboration with Red Bull at Spielraum.
The app is specifically designed for guitar, bass, drums, vocals, keys, and percussion. It is offering a variety of learning experiences held by well known artists as Thomas Lang, Cesar Sampson, Lukas Perman, and many more. The structure of the app is comparable with a gaming experience, it allows its users n interactive learning environment and play with a band right from the beginning. MyGroove is yet in the development phaser and designed for beginners and intermediate learners and not intended for academic usage. But what is not now, may become in the future.
About the developer: Martin Grubinger is an Austrian drummer and percussionist, internationally renowned for his virtuoso playing. He has succeeded in bringing percussion as a solo instrument to the world's largest concert halls. Since 2018, Martin Grubinger has been a university professor for classical percussion & multipercussion at the University of Mozarteum.
